Nothing is enforced, they smoke in the rooms and not just cigarettes (this is a non smoking bldg). A few of us have health issues affected by smoking. It’s noisy all tie, prep to not get more than few hrs of sleep.

The heater was blowing behind the curtain. So thevrtom was not warming well on such a cold night. No dish detergent, dish rags, paper towel, utensils, dishes or cookware in the kitchen. The furnishings were worn or broken in several places.

The room was filthy. They don’t even have soap available. The bedding had hair and crumbs in it and the carpet was baldy stained. The tub was full of dirt and the furniture was in extremely poor condition. The staff offered a second room and it was just as bad. Very unpleasant hotel.
