Commode didn't flush. Advised front desk of the issue. When I came back that evening it was fixed but they didn't bother to clean the inside of the bowel from where it had sit up. Otherwise pretty good for the price.

You get what you pay for I've stayed at Extended Stay hotels before and have always been very satisfied until this most recent visit to the Durham-University location. Although the staff was nice, my room was very disappointing. It was a non-smoking room, but smelled heavily of smoke and you could see scorch marks outside the door where someone probably stubbed their cigarettes out. Convient location. Although their is a majority of young temporary placed occupants the environment is welcoming downhome and peaceful.

Nice location between Duke and highway 85 Room is nice as described. The only thing is the smoke smell although we order no smoking room

My Opinion No lobby, Breakfast was Coffee and muffins. Motel is "well worn", needs complete update and some paint. The price was good

Cozy Stay Check in was efficient. Customer Service was excellent and room was in good condition for reasonable price.
