Ok for the money There were only 2 pillows on the bed. Waited hours for a pillow. Did not come to clean or take out trash....not great at all

Cleaning staff was not accommodating when we needed clean towels. Actually refused and referred me to office.

I’ve waited almost 5 days for my deposit back.. when they said it would be automatically returned when checked out
