Not Customer Friendly I wasn't allowed to check in prior to the 3pm check in (I was there at 2:30pm). There is no lobby to wait for your room. The lady at the front desk said she would call my cell phone when a room was available. So I went in to the hotel closer to the 3pm time and the front desk lady left with other guests to show them the rooms. (They were there after me) I had to wait for her until 3:15pm. She had me signing several pieces of paperwork to include a background check for sex offenders. It was just a very c... read more
Terrible staff There was no front desk clerk. So had to call for someone to check in. Then they acted as if they were bothered and were just all around rude.
Do not stay here U pay $68 to do everything yourself no bed sheets no towels take ur own trash out you have to pay for every and anything given a big bag of ur bed stuff n towels to set up yourself
Business trip Elpaso Bad. Very noisy location at night. Last 3 nights loud group next door and rooms not insulated very well. Regular conversations heard tgrough walls. Heavy foot traffic room above all night. Never returning
Smelled disgusting inside the room! Smelled gross in the room. Never staying at another on of these again.
this motel needs more character to the guest cheap no soup or tissues
low price is not always better deal. Room phone has problem twice.....They are collecting garbage from rooms....No reception areas...You have to buy the kitchen ware ..No vacuum to barrow ...no iron to barrow....No courtesy when you are leaving...low price but much...much.. more lower services
good for an emergency stay or work, good for an emergency stay or work, but not for pleasure, have to buy everything separate even toilet paper, tv didnt work for 2 days out of my 3 day stay.
Bad weekend No TV no free WiFi I will never stay at this hotel ever again
