on the website it say's to queen beds and they are full size beds and also, it say's big screen t.v. and not even I think I should get my money returned for false advertising and then there is no help if you need more towels and or toilet paper just very upset at the situation

I didn't feel the cost was worth service provided I understand this value hotel for extended stay. This establishment is quick on charging for extras but no attention on meeting paid amenities. I had one roll of toilet paper for a four day stay. Quick to charge for the third person, but only provided two towels. Desk was rarely managed.

The beds are hard and scratchy sheets - only received on roll of toilet paper for the week we stayed there. It my be a bargain but every little thing costs.

Not what I expected Basically front desk clerk leaves at 3 so whatever problem you encounter you have to dial a number. Elevator stunk like cigarette and its suppose to be smoke free hotel. Person on the top floor kept walking around room all night long. Won't stay there again.

Very basic hotel not worth $85!! Arrived at motel at 20 till 3 and was told room not ready and to check back in 30 minutes mentioned I had a 3 and 4 year old and asked if they had another room because they were tired from the trip. Her response well you know check in time isnt till 3.. not a good start..
