Extra sitting area is not as spacious as its advertised. Was very disappointed. I waited over 30 minutes for service to check in. As there were others waiting as well.
Horrible experience We went to our hotel room and it smelled terrible so we asked for a room change then they change us to room that's hot and horrible the air doesn't work well. We go back to ask for another room and they don't have anymore available rooms. They send in the repair man he then tells us that it's his day off and he's checked the air before and that it's on the wrong setting. Bad customer service I checked in late and the attendant was not answering. It took about 30 minutes for Jow to come down and 30 more minutes for him to even find my reservation. It was already pod for but he had no clue how to help us. I had to get very stern and then he finally found it. Ridiculous. Please train your staff. The bed skirts were dirty. Never ever again will I stay a tiny this place!
TERRIBLE! Cockroach? YES! Service during after hours? None! Not willing to look for a lost item? Yes. Lied about calling us back? Yes. Will stay next time? Absolutely NO!

Okay hotel It wasn't a great hotel. It was a different experience. Hotel doesn't provide anything since it's a hotel that's for people staying for a week or more. That's why it's cheap.
Great Location/Below Average Place This hotel is an extended stay that does not offer any amenities/luxury w/out fees..I.E. daily linen exchange or coffee maker/trash emptying.. although it's in a great location do not stay here unless you HAVE to! They are reasonably priced, for the little they provide, I wouldn't expect them to charge anything more.
