Property smelled like cigarette smoke and was dirty. We will never stay there again when in town.
Limited office hours Front office is not staffed all night so if you have a late flight like I did, you’re out of luck and won’t be able to check in
Disgusting The whole 3rd floor smelled disgusting, full of cigarette smell, housekeeping came, picked up my trash, but didn’t bother to change the towels or make the bed, absolutely horrible hotel
Lack of privacy, and acts like you are a pest During my stay, my wife and I were awaiting closing on a house. I have to extend my stay twice and each time I had to report to the front desk I was treated like I was a burden on them. And the last day, I was in the process of moving our stuff to the house. When i return from the second trip, they had our door wide open. Checkout wasn't until 4 hours later and I hadn't checked out yet.
Very dirty room Amazingly dirty room, coins and hair between the sheets, very strong smoking odor through halls and inside the room. Went to another hotel.
VALUE ar $45.00 put we paid over $90.00 on Hotel.c Sad experience at start of of our 3 week vacation. Hotel.com failed us. Thought was getting a good place for a high price. Room complete overpriced for what we received. Sad we paid $91.00 for a $45.00/$50.00 room...beware stay elsewhere in my humble opinion.
Stay away at all costs. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Hotel smelt like weed , and fish. Beds were squeaky , dirty and had ants in the bathroom,

Would not stay again Room had a very noticeable smell (almost waxy? possibly from cheap cleaning supplies) and we had to get a candle / air freshener to help air it out. Our pillows had mysterious stains on them so we purchased new ones at the Target nearby. Our shower curtain had what I'm hoping were rust stains on it that were dripping down.
