It smelled bad. The check in area, the elevator, the 3rd floor hallway was awful. Then I got in my room at it smelled worse.

Bad Front desk lady was rude also told me one room number but had a whole different from number .. Front desk lady knew another lady that always stay here lied on me and said I had words with her and didn’t … Tub wasn’t clean or sheets

From the time we got there to the time we left the hotel lobby and the hall to our room smelled like marijuana so strong. The front desk call us for noise complaints when we wasn't even there we was out visiting family or mostly at my mother in laws house, when we asked for clean lines or toiletries and trash bags we was told they were out so we had to buy our own, we also had roaches in our room.

I booked it for the pool and the pool was closed the entire stay

My gas was stolen out of my truck my room did not have pillows. I went to the front desk, connect for pillows, and I got accused of stealing the pillows that were in the room when I stay here again.
