Okay let's start with the chicken there was no chicken the lobby was empty the gate was closed and nobody was there I need to call as service number 500 so I talked to someone and he gave me another number I need to call it was a private number and then I start to fight with this guy to the other end I should come back tomorrow the hotel room was already paid I never have such an experience there was no one in the lobby the hotel was actually not working at all then I enter the room the room was day daylight it was super sup... read more
Never got past check in. They have a metal window they close. We heard them behind it. Called the number they had put up, was told to call another number. Was like visiting a jail house. I hung up and left. Will never go back, sleep under a bridge first.
Don't stay here Don't waste your money. This hotel is a rip off. Read the papers they give you to sign. They will attempt to charge you for any and everything. They will also lie to you about fees. The clerk will state one price while it's listed as another. The rooms aren't clean, there are no amenities, if you need assistance, you won't receive it in a timely manner as there is no one at the front desk. You have to use a phone in the lobby in order to call someone to the front desk. You will wait in a hot and cramped area ... read more
Just don’t stay here.... Only air in the building is in the rooms. No hot water for shower and faucets. Mold in bathrooms and needs update badly. Pillows are flat and stingy w Tissue paper. Must bring everything you need to use in kitchen, front desk is not manned 24hrs....
The hotel manager/owner is extremely cheap. There's a long list of extra charges if you err in any way that you have to sign to when you check in. For example a $25 charge for a new key, a $10 charge if you forget a key in the middle of the night, and a $25 charge when you stain any of their linens (not sure if it was per towel or for the whole lot).
