I was very dissatisfied with EVERYTHING regarding our brief stay! The water was shut off with no eta on when it would be fixed. The bed was extremely small with dirty sheets on them. The shower/tub was filthy and had pubic hairs in it! We will NEVER stay here again even if it was the last shelter on Earth! The only encounter that was positive was checking in and interacting with Lani! When i first arrived, the place is clean and people are friendly, but the internet here is terrible. The first night i stayed here, the maintenance guy, got it up for me, which is good, but the next morning, same then, no signal, i messes with it and messed with it, still nothing. At 8:12 am, no one was at the desk for me to see about getting the internet back up, also theres no free breakfast here, which is on the website that they do.

Despite the fact that I called to request a late check in as my flight was coming in at 11:40 pm and told the front desk that I will only arrive around 12:30 am they still did let me check in and told me that my reservation was canceled. I am an elderly person and was left in the streets.

The TV did not work, whether it was regular hotel TV service or when switched to another source (HDMI 2) to watch movies from tablet.There was also no hot water in the morning.

The toilet in the bathroom didn't work. Front desk didn't have any other rooms for me to move into.

You get what you pay for The tv didn’t work. We tried different outlets. We could not be moved to another room because they were all booked. The tv is mounted to the dresser, so it could not be swapped out for another one. The hotel was out of soap. The bed sheets had a yellow stains on them. The main entrance smelled like hot piss. Thankfully, it was just a one night stay. For the price I guess I should've had lower expectations.
