Was not good no room service on weekends the guy told us . Come in from outside an the hallway smelled of pot there was 2 guys standing at the doorway an the elevator had booze bottles on the floor so wasn’t a good experience at all won’t stay again

Worse experience ever For the last four years I have been standing at this hotel at least twice a year but this was the worst experience ever the guy who was supposed to be working the front desk he couldn’t do his job because he was to busy going in out guest room getting high and walking around with ski mask on when I made it to the hotel no rooms available and I paid online this just a few things that happen it’s more but will stop here this use to be a nice place to stay now it’s ratchet

Not really good at all Bed was uncomfortable, sheets were old enough to have a hole in them and were very pilled. Thin walls, could hear noise all night, hardly slept. Two of the thinnest pillows I've ever encountered. Needed to check out early, front desk was closed, called the number specified and got corporate, waited 10 minutes to finalize bill and check out. Would not recommend.

Rude staff, loud neighbors, incompetent management Nothing but a bad experience here. Room had an awful smell, maintenance and housekeeping could do nothing about it. It always smelled of cigarettes in my non smoking room cause every one smoked by entrance even though signs were posted to not to. This included staff.

Nice room, but the staff made it terrible. So, we have 2 toddlers and then of course ourselves (my husband and I). When we came in, we had reserved our room for a week and the front desk lady apparently lived there so she said "oh I have kids too so I'll just put y'all above me so no one will complain" we told her that they are toddlers and they are not by any means quiet kids. Horrible First of all it was more like a homeless shelter than a hotel. The bathroom was dirty, the room had a horrible odor. I wanted to leave but if I did I was still going to get charged for the room. It was the worst experience I ever had staying at a hotel. There were young ghetto guys hanging in the hallway and the elevator took like 5 minutes for the door to close. Stay away from this place unless you like filth. When I went to check out no one was there I had to go and just leave my card key at the desk.

It was a nightmare. It was so bad Idont even know It was terrible I think people who get a room there on a weekly online purchase should be able to get their money back. We tried to get the rest of our week returned after only being able to stay for 2 night no sleep and they refused to return the rest of our money. The smell of weed made us sick and it was loud all night. It was terrible

Aweful experience I can personally verify that Laurie B's check in experience is accurate. " Window closed. 500# for service was not answered." I also agree with "Don't waste your time!" Very unprofessional!!! My experience was with Jeremy. The worse customer service I have ever seen. When "Poor" says it's scary they mean it. While no one was answering the phone for us, someone was vandalizing the vending machine.
