Staff should answer requests promptly, especially if the room was not turned over correctly.

Customer service was good, no smoking means no smoking. Clean room but smoke filled. No hand soap, no towels, and toilet wouldn't flush properly.

Worst hotel This was the worst stay ever. The bathroom wasn’t clean. There wasn’t any towels in the room. Had to go ask for towels and the toilet was leaking.

Awful... dirty Rooms stinky and dirty. After 4 days I asked to have the room cleaned and was told no. That I could be given sheets and clean it myself. Customer service was terrible

Dont waste your money! They had several roaches, alot of noise and the room smelled.

Not clean! The room was dirty and there was bugs in the bed. The whole building smells like cigarette smoke. Fortunately, the manager and front desk clerks were nice enough to give me a refund.

I paid for 28 days, 7 days later they kicked me out and wouldn't refund my money. The staff kept walking in my room without knocking. The worse I've ever been treated in my life.
