Nice room bad service room key got deactivated was locked out my room for hours until the front desk people decide to come back no towels and rags in the room had to wait hours before I can get those

They gave a key to someone who wasnt on my room..he broke back in stole everything.tv, my laptop, electronics, hygiene, book bag..etc...they tried to blame it on me to cover their butts and alleviate themselves of any liability..even charged me $400 for their TV..corporate would not talk to me or even look into the issue even though a warrant was issued for the thief..i think he had help from an employee..this is not over by a long shot

Don't know how they got their rating. Rooms smelled like smoke. Tried another room, same thing. Asked for a refund as I couldn't stay there. Refund refused as they have a no refund policy. Had to eat the cost and went to stay at another hotel.

Horrible As I entered the lobby it smelled horribly and there was no one to assist me since the front desk was closed. I actually was concerned and didn’t sleep that night. I decided to find another location and forfeit the money I paid for a second night.
