I was harassed by the staff bugs everywhere old outdated room

Worst place ever the guy that work behind the desk stood outside of the building and smoked a cigarette and watch me try to find somebody that work there for 45 minutes before he decided to help me he tells me that they don't take passport what place doesn't take a government-issued passport I gave him my driver's license he has a very nasty attitude there was nothing but prostitutes and drug dealers at this hotel and I know that because they asked me and my friend do we need anything we get to the room and there was roaches... read more

Residential hotel, too noisy to ever sleep. The hotel clerk was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was neat and clean. There's where the comfort stopped. This was by far the nosiest hotel with the most uncomfortable bed we have ever stay at, and we travelled a lot. We went to bed about 11:pm, but didn't sleep more than 30 minutes at one time all night long. Their were dogs barking, doors slamming, people shouting in the hallway, children running in the room above us as well as loud cars revving their engine... read more

The location woild have been convenient. The up keep was disgusting! Roaches and mice droppings. The bed had lumps in it. This place is really over charging with the condition its in. I do plan on contacting the news & BBB
