Not satisfied Not good with family... front desk only available day times. No free wifi, no free utensils, not good area. They charged me twice and now i am struggling to get it back... not recommended

This property canceled my reservation without notifying myself or Expedia. Expedia was not aware and it took over an hour for them to find me another hotel that I was responsible to pay for at the full amount
Last minute cancellation from establishment At the last minute after an 8 hour drive I was told that there was no room available for me. I will not book a room as such place no more
It was the worse decision i have ever made. I booked to rooms with them for the dates 26 and 27 of july. They sent me confirmation as well which i could show. On they way to North Carolina i called them again to confirm my booking. They said sir we don’t have any rooms booked under your name. I would suggest don’t book any rooms with them. Please read if you are looking to stay here. The smell of weed was overwhelming every time I entered the building. I do not recommended planning on sleeping here, unless you want to sleep on a very uncomfortable bed. People were always outside smoking and teasing me and my friend every time we would enter the building. I felt fairly unsafe the entire time I was here. I will not be booking this hotel again. They overbooked so we had to drive another hour and a half to another hotel. How do you overbook 20 rooms??

No Amount of Money Would Get Me to Stay Here Again This place was absolutely awful. We waited more than thirty minutes for anyone to even check us in despite twice calling the number they had posted for if the front desk was vacant. Then, we were informed that they had overbooked due to a concert nearby and they didn't have a room for us. Ultimately, they did put us into a room with only one double bed (for three people) and a love seat that didn't even pull out.
