very unhappy 1st room had no hot water in it very loud street noise 2nd room had no water presser in kitchen chair was broken kitchen cabinet was missing door after we ask to change to the 2nd room they put us on the side as the very loud street noise breakfast bar was a joke a couple of muffins and some breakfast bars the outside grounds was dirty trash can was over flowing

Very disappointed!!!! At first after being greeted by the staff and entering the room, I thought to myself "what a very nice hotel". The room seemed clean. The bed was a very small queen. Felt like a full size. After a couple of days the room was okay. Until I removed the covers off the bed for new ones. My daughter spill juice on them. The mattress cover was filthy. Nasty!! I had roaches in the room food crumbs had been left on the counter from a previous stay their was no iron in the room and front desk made no effort in finding one. I booked for two nights I didn't longer than 3hrs before I checked out with no refund!
Stressful When I arrived I was surprised how large the room was (Queen Bed studio room). My first night was alright, just felt like the room was too humid and that the floor sweating although there was carpet. In the middle of the first week I started to notice bytes all over my body (like I was sleeping outside in the swamp with just shorts and the mosquitoes feasted on me). Terrible service When we checked in and got up to our room the water in the kitchenette did not work. Literally just dripped. Then we found out the toilet would hardly flush and the handle was broken. Mentioned it immediately to the front desk and they said they would get it fixed right away and put in a work order. never got fixed, nor the next day after I complained a second time about having a busted toilet and no running water from the sink. The hotel was ok. The problem was one staff member She started sleeping with my boyfriend and was using Pot and was intoxicated while working at the Front Desk. She was very unprofessional she kept leaving the Front Desk to have a smoke outside and meet with him. I am shocked that they employ people like her. This kind of behavior is expected from a Motel 6 type of hotel, but its not. No place like home Book a reservation here because they allowed dogs and we were traveling with two. When we made the reservation we noted that there was a $25 per room, per day pet fee however, once we arrive the story changed. Upon checking in the desk clerk informed us that we would be charged a $25 fee per room, per pet, per day fee as was the hotels policy. Do Not Stay Here. Upon arrival we drove around the building to find the office. There were hookers outside, guys drinking beer and smoking on the upper level throwing the beer cans into the grass and parking lot below with loud music playing from their room with the door open. I found the office and got the room keys. We parked and grabbed our bags from the car and opened the door to a foul smelling, dirty room. The beds were made but my wife found hair on them, the pillow cases were dirty, and the sheets had stains on them.
