Extended Stay means minimum service Hotel "continental breakfast" consists of granola bars and coffee. Was not aware that they did not do daily room clean ups or even replace towels. If you want clean towels you have to go to them with the dirty towels. Will not stay here again. Was there for business at Fort Bragg and will be in the area several times a month - will find other accommodations.

Hotel room designed to keep you awake Walls were paper thin, the fridge was twice my age and made obnoxious noises... so did the ac unit, the toilet must have had a leak because it refilled the bowl every 4-5 minutes, there were smokers outside every door at all times, and the hallways were always wet even though it only rained once.

Pubic Hairs All Over. Ants In Kitchenette, DIRTY!! When we arrived at just before 0200, we just wanted sleep. The first thing we saw when entering the head was pubic hair on the toilet. It was not just one. There were half a dozen at least. The next thing were long hairs all around the sink, and on the floor of the bathroom. There were hairs in the tub, and on the Kleenex box.... appearance was not good upon My stay was going okay until my daughter and I begin to find bites and on the skin. We had these itchy bumps or bite marks. There is some type of pest in the room , either bedbugs, fleas, chiggers or something that cause a lot of discomfort. I am still feeling the affects and so is my child. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I notified management and showed them pictures that I took of the condition of the skin. Automatically they went in to defense and denial mode. It was horrible the wifi didn't work they didn't have any silverware or pots and pans to cook in the front desk person was extremely rude

Close to food, and access to shopping. Staff was nice...except the manager. It would seem she waited until she got my money, a good check-in review, and THEN decided to be rude. Late check-out is an option, but she wanted me to beg for it? Uh uh. If you've already taken my money, don't act as if you're doing ME a favour by allowing me to take advantage of late check-out (noon vs. eleven) or any other service offered. Dirty, dirty, dirty! Bed was dirty, no clean sheets, floor wasn't vacuumed,no movie channels, asked for dinner ware, but never delivered, asked for clean sheets, never delivered, asked for turn down service, never came. Not a good stay.
