Family Get away The hotel wasnt as nice as it looked. I guess you get what you pay for. I had a nice first floor room. We did hear a lot of noise from the passing cars. But that wasnt the problem. The problem was the bugs. There were knats, flies, and bugs that i've never seen before in our room. The sheets had stains on them. The towels and wash clothes had stains on them. We brought our own. The kitchen area had crumbs on the floor. There was hair in the shower. Just nasty. We wont be staying here anymore.
If you want rest and relaxation this is not the pl I was booked to stay three days and left after 2. The bed was so hard that my back could not take it. The recliner was overly hard as well. As far as the tv- there are no channel selections, and a lot of the channels were fuzzy due to the satellite. The room offers a kitchenette- but you furnish all the equipment as well as a coffee maker. The lighting is very dim in the entire room, but the room was clean. extremely disappointed we were supposed to have a ground floor room because of a handicap person in our party we were given second floor furthest from the elevator possible room 215 when we got in the room and check the beds there was hair on the bed sheets underneath blanket and dead cockroaches on the floor I told the front desk man in the morning he didn't seem surprised he just asked what room so they could make sure they don't miss praying that the next time they come I was very disappointed than anybody ever ask me abo... read more

not such a great stay We picked this hotel because of its amenities but then we got here and it was so much smaller and didnt have half the stuff the pictures and description showed

Last week here!!! The room and Hotel was acceptable. However the service at the Front Desk was unacceptable. Called front desk to inform them that I would be rebooking for 4 more days. Front desk attendant Erica was behavior and coustomer service was unacceptable. She told on the phone to return my 2 keys for new keys and to sign registration. She did not inform me to bring ID this is my third week at location. I only signed registration the first week. My ID was left in room and she did not want to let me in the room to get... read more
Worst Place EVER!!!!! First they wanted to charge me $25 for my small dog which in EVERY other hotel chain is $10. They said it was for room cleaning after we left in case the next guest was allergic to dogs. Then the FIRST room they gave me a key to had a bad lock so they gave me another room. The SECOND room they gave me stank of stale cigarette smoke so bad I couldn't get into the room. The THIRD room they gave me stunk of cigarette smoke and I even found a half smoked cigarette on the floor. I will NEVER go there again!!... read more
