It May Say No Smoking But nobody follows it. Our room wreaked of cigarettes and so does all of my luggage now.

I do not recommend this hotel This hotel wasn't nearly up to the standards I had predicated for it. Very unaccomidating, the room wasn't very clean, and it smelled like smoke. The kitchen had no supplies what so ever in it to cook with so it was pointless to book in an extended stay. There were old muffins for breakfest and my family didn't eat there once. Staff members even stated to us that they where a couple days old and they wouldn't even eat the breakfest themselves. I will not stay in this branch of hotels ever again.

Not cool at all I didn't like the stay this time, the curtain was broken so you could see rt through the window. Then I never stayed on parking deck side before. It just felt like someone was looking in the window. My lady friend did not feel safe! !! Then I asked can I change rooms to the pool side. And of course they said we don't have any. But wen I went to the pool you can clearly see that there was rooms available. Did not like it at all

Sleepless night There were people constantly walking by our door yelling until 5 am. Everytime I would fall asleep, I would be woken back up. Room was non smoking but someone had clearly smoked in it at some point. Shower looked like it had not been cleaned. I told the front desk about the issues and she seemed to not care much.

Loud close to road... No hot water. Very loud neighbors,,non smoking hotel but guests upstairs smoking the smoke comes down stairs in our bathroom, called complained, nothing done. Party hotel for young people.

Ok It could be updated and cleaned better. The beds are hard and weren't comfortable at all. It was ok for last minute.

Goodbye Extended Stay We've stayed at an Extended Stay before, so we were happy to see a decent price for the night. Greeted in the office by a very kind and professional woman and then walked to our room. Although it stated this was a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. We decided to tough it out, maybe the smell wouldn't bother us after an hour. We just wanted to sleep a little. The rug was dirty, the whole place seemed rather tired. Grimy & Unclean The bedding was not clean, with major stains & hair on matresses. The facility is basically an old motel except the rooms have a kitchen. I lost money on this room since I coulld not stay in the room, especially with my kids. Do NOT bring your family here.

It was just ok The exprence was just ok we check in very late in the morning and check out at 9 am so I think we should have giving a discount
