Dull There really wasn't anything wrong with the room, it just felt dull. It really needs a make over to make it more welcoming. Maybe because of the area there was nothing in the room, had to ask the front desk for everything. Redeeming factor is that the front desk clerk had a wonderful attitude and was very friendly.

Comfortable Ok, good. Compared to the cheap hotel I had been in the day before in North Myrtle beach this room felt like paradise. At least you could relax with threat of unknown bugs or diseases. It was clean, comfortable and very relaxing.

Dirty Towels Only complaint was that ALL the towels had hair on them!!

Customer service 3 of 5 days ran out of Dark coffee and had make staff aware to replenish.
