Dirty Towels Only complaint was that ALL the towels had hair on them!!

Customer service 3 of 5 days ran out of Dark coffee and had make staff aware to replenish.

My only serious experience at this location was for sleeping and getting ready for the day as I was in town visiting family and spent most of my days away from the hotel room. The room was very nice. There were several appearances by roaches throughouty stay but definitely wouldn’t call it an infestation. The staff and everyone I came into contact with were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located next door to a Starbucks and an Arby’s which was very convenient. I would most likely stay here again.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. I like the fact that all the rooms have a full refrigerator, a two burner stove. and a microwave.

I liked the size and spaciousness of the room, as well as most of the furnishings. I was moderately satisfied with the cleanliness overall, but the room did have an odd smell. The overall condition was below average.
