The staff was absolutely excellent! Room was missing wash cloths, there was weed on the kitchenette counter... My toddler dropped her sippy cup under the bed and I reached under and there was a ladies underwear with a sanitary napkin attached!!! I almost vomited. The bathroom door is an eighth of an inch from hitting the commode. Not a lot of great things to say... BUT- the front desk staff was amazing.

There is no staff per se and you have to use a call phone to get an attendant and access to the lobby (it was after 11pm, so that is understandable)The first room we were given had not been cleaned, the second was better.

I booked the rooms for my guys on the company credit card and they still had to give a cc for each rooms incidentals and fill out some information form - It was not a smooth check in for them.
