I booked the rooms for my guys on the company credit card and they still had to give a cc for each rooms incidentals and fill out some information form - It was not a smooth check in for them.

If you want more, spend more. The room was clean, at first site. After spending some time in the room, strange stains in the carpet started to stand out and on day two, there was a bit of a roach problem. The staff was perfectly friendly. Overall, this is a budget expenditure and you receive budget quality as far as the property goes; however, the staff was perfectly acceptable.
