I couldn’t understand how we were getting a studio but not the amenities of the kitchen. Housekeeping never came to the room either. We had no knowledge that we needed to ask for fresh towels and bed sheets for a 3-day stay.

It was okay. We have booked in the past and always had a good experience. However, this time was different. When we went to check in at 3 (like it said online) they were not ready for us. We weren't able to check in until 430.

The staff was super friendly. Room was nice and clean. My only complaint is that it sounded like someone was partying right outside our room. Also we woke up the next morning with 4-5 cop cars in the main parking lot.
Disappointed Unfortunately I was unable to check in because the system was down and the attendant was not able to check my reservation, find me a room, or check to see what rooms were available. The attendant called over to the other Extended Stay & the manager there didn't have issues with their computer system, but wouldn't accept my reservation because it wasn't for that particular hotel & the price wasn't what he was charging.
