Roaches, door wouldn’t completely shut, battered walls, peeling paint interior and exterior

This hotel was one of the worse I have stayed in. The walls were dirty and the bathroom was also. The door lock broke and the key could not open it when I went downstairs to report it to the front desk clerk she told me that maybe it was too cold outside and give it a few minutes to see if it will open later. It was about 40 degrees outside. Eventually she (the clerk came to open the door with the master key and surprisingly, it did not open the door either. Roaches were crawling everywhere and the people who live there were noisy and kept beating on walls and some men kept knocking on my door great price but unsafe no security cameras in areas that need them
