This place was disgusting! There was a smell when I got in that I assumed was someone cooking, but when I got to my floor I knew it was just the place. It was so bad I couldn’t sleep, I ended up booking a room at a holiday inn express and trying to get a refund that they apparently denied. If you get the opportunity to stay here, DO NOT take it. Sleep in your car if you have to.

People smoking in and out the room was stained and dirty just stink overall the stairs and hallway was dirty and smelt bad ppl just in and out constantly

No pool, ice machines etc. for ten to twenty dollars a night more you can have a newer, nicer hotel within walking distance of this one. The staff are kind but they cannot fix the fact that this place feels run down and old. The smoking in front of the main entrance is also a turn off and there’s always someone there smoking

Just to sleep for one night was fine, but the kitchen was dirty, the lobby elevator was dirty, the parking wasn't the best. Wouldn't stay again unless it was the absolute last option

Bed bugs!!!!!!! No one was there to check us in after ten p m. We left after two hours due to finding bed bugs and aroach in our bed. Manager just apologized and told us to get a refund from hotels.com.
