We checked in, got to our room and the air conditioning wouldn’t work. The heat did, but it was like the air was locked out. The bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. Ask for another room, it was on the interstate side of the building so it was loud. The pillows were horrible, and the bed was very hard.

Did not feel safe. Mold around toilet base. Extremely noisy so close to the highway.

Being in my car got police called out Allen sucks. 2 night stay-check in we were a little late but was easy and quick. The lady at the front desk friendly and helpful. Then we parked in the back side closest to where our room was. The stairwell smelled so horrible, so disgustingly gross like Rotten food, pet urine and feces. The stench was incredibly thick in the air. Made it up the stairs and in the hallway the smell marijuana replaced the smell from stairwell. Our room was reasonably clean except the bathroom floor.
