Good stay for a guy. Don't take any women or child Got there very late. No one at desk. Had to wait10 minutes. Finally one guest came up and found the desk clerk for me. My son and I just needed a place to sleep. Channels on the TV were not monitored for porn. Thumbing through channels and a pornstation poped up. During the night, we were awakened by a ruckus next door. Some woman came back to her room to find out that her boyfriend had moved out on her and found that her room had been rented to another guy. Will never stay here again The room smelled like body oder. A dog pooped outside my door in the hallway and it was just left there. Called management and they came off irritated with me like I was supposed to clean it up. Sitting in the lobby the next morning the staff openly used very foul language wail complaining about co workers.

Very few amenities Rented a suite with a kitchen (stove, sink, refrigerator, and microwave). However, there are no dishes, flatware, cups, glasses, or cooking utensils in this room. ( There are 2 small plastic glasses in the bathroom) The kitchen cupboards are completely bare. NO COFFEE POT either. Grrrrrrrrrrr...... Also they advertise free Wi-Fi, except the connection you get with this is limited and thus useless. Had to pay extra to get broadband just to get on the internet and do my work. Never again! Experience was not what we expected. Made reservations 2 months in advance and my husband and I were put in a double bed room instead of a king! Totally unacceptable! Doesn't matter how busy they were, nothing was organized, not enough staff to accommodate. Not what I paid for. Manager just put us anywhere!

Beware of this Hotel I had stayed here before several years ago so I thought I'd try it again. Things had changed. The parking lot was dark with guests hanging out smoking with hotel staff. At check in, there were large dogs roaming free in the lobby. When I got to the room, there was fingerprint dust all over the door; I assume there'd been a recent crime. Inside the room, the towels were dingy, there was no toilet paper, and the doors/walls were dirty. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

My stay at the Extended Stay America Hotel Hotel was filled with some unsavory clients. Workers were outside our window, which didn't close completly. The TV cable went out and they didn't get it fixed before we left. Police were swarming the place as we were leaving. I would never stay there again! The only good thing was it was pet friendly.

Out of the way/confusing to get to from highway Hotel under construction, debris everywhere. Air conditioning did not work, window was partially open and I was not able to put down all the way - interstate traffic noise through window. No ice machines - was told by staff there are ice trays in freezer to use... mine were empty ice trays so no ice for drinks. There were no cups available - very disappointment.
