Wont book again The room had not been cleaned. Trash was there from previous guest. No cups in the room. The only positive was the staff was all friendly
Horribly filthy. I have stayed at this motel many times but we waited until after the football game to check in and when arriving to the room, it was so filthy, we refused to stay there and drove back to our home instead. The front desk was made aware of the room and appeared unconcerned. This entire package should have been refunded by the hotel!!!!

way over priced took more than 24 hours to receive a shower curtain. (had to request it from another staff member)

This hotel has been severely neglected!!! I arrived late at 11pm and my room was not ready, it had never been cleaned, so the nice guy at the counter put me in another room. This room had been cleaned, but there was a huge leak in the ceiling. The leak had created a large bubble in the ceiling about a foot across. The floor was wet from the last rain. Not very clean I was disappointed with this hotel. I was glad that I only stayed one night. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. It seemed like they didn't sweep and mop the bathroom and kitchen area because they felt that the dark laminate would hide everything. Regardless, the human hair was visible on the floor and especially in the tube. On the ceiling above the shower you can see where they painted over mold because you can see it through the paint. good location between Springdale and Fayetteville Room was not clean upon arrival at 1:00am. Did not have sheets, blankets, pillow cases or anything on the bed. Roaches in room, wife not pleased! Hotel.com booked and I PAID for a KING NON-SMOKING but they did not have any after I had already paid for it. Had to down size to a Queen which I paid King PRICE FOR. Overbooked the King bed rooms......Entire place in the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke.....
I think updating the rooms would help business. The carpet needs changed.
