Outside looks nice but its not. The outside looks nice but when you walk in the smoke smell is so strong when you leave you smell like it. We left there was no toilet paper sheets looked nasty and we won't go back.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I was put in the second floor at first until I asked could I change rooms because the bed had bed bugs, the cover was not clean their was dusk every where all over the phone which was not plugged into the wall and the clock which also was dusty and not plugged in. The room smell like smoke from cigarettes. And there was not enough towels for the rest room. It was room 233 at the end. Not Clean! Not a good First Impression! I was not at all impressed, from the moment I walked in it was a disaster. The entry wa and area in front of the desk / reception was dirty. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days. The entrance doors were all dirty. I understand that they get dirty, but these were both dirty inside and out. I took pictures of the hand prints on the glass, again the glass doors seemed like they don't get cleaned or wiped down regularly! Very dirty hotel Room was not clean at all. Dirt on floor and appliances. Hallway to room looks like it's never been vacuumed. Other patrons were very loud and slamming doors in all hours of the night. Hotel staff did nothing to control it. Will never stay again and certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They messed up on the rooms. We should of had double beds but had a single. The beds was very hard. No towels in the room. When I asked for a receipt they told me they aren't allowed to give me one.

Room was dirty, will not be returning Our room had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. There were food crumbs in the refrigerator and throughout the kitchen, the tub was not clean, several partially-used bottles of shampoo and conditioner were crammed in a corner cabinet, there was a candy wrapper on the floor behind the armchair, and we found a cockroach crawling across the floor. Clean enough to not be just nasty, but still not acceptable. Poorly kept grounds. 3rd floor smelled like an ashtray even though it says no smoking, that must be a new thing. There was cigarette burns in the carpet of our room and even in the pillows. Wouldn't stay again.

Horrible experience We booked a king size room over 2 months in advance. When we got there to check in at 3pm, we were told that the hotel was overbooked and that they only had one queen size room. Everything about the room was terrible! The bathtub backed up, the toilet was loud, the fitted sheets on the mattress and box spring were ripped and torn.
