We have stayed here 4 or 5 times. Each time the stay is nicer. I can tell they are working hard to improve things each time we stay. We stay there because cost is low and I am very happy with what we get for the money.

Shower The most important things in a hotel is the bed and the shower. How is one supposed to take a shower with water dripping like that

Checked in on 12/31/21 and was greeted by Kristen Barros. She was absolutely friendly! I arrived a bit early, and she said I'll give you the first available room. I had a cooler with me and wasn't able to check in yet, so she put it in the staff freezer/fridge for me. This is an Extended Stay Hotel, and while there should be plates, silverware, cookware, etc (Like at Extended Stay America), there wasn't. There was not even an ALARM CLOCK, or Coffee pot! Better than Living on the Street? The place is dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower dripped. The AC unit was so loud that I had trouble sleeping. It was an extended stay efficiency, but there were no dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker. There was no comfortable chair.

NEVER AGAIN! horrible!!!! my room was not ready until after 5 pm. There is no manager on sight to help with any issues that arise. The bathrooms are nasty! the towels had pubic hair attached to them! never again. THE WHOLE STAY WAS ATROCIOUS!! and on top of that hotels.com is advertising smoking rooms when in fact the whole hotel is nonsmoking! but i guess the saying is true! you get what you paid for!
