Terrible customer service, worker intoxicated! Overnight Desk Person's customer service was awful, she also appeared to be intoxicated. Refused to let me check in after I pointed out the fact that she was being rude and insulting. Yet I was still charged as if I checked into the room.

There were bedbugs in our room! They told us the only two options were to stay in the room or check out of the hotel!!!! Bye Felicia!!! The maintenance guy was the only good thing about the property.
