Dirty floors lots of really strong smells trying to cover weed that made a bad mixture bathroom door got stuck locked if you closed it tv didn’t work the lady at the front test was nice but other than that the place was pretty thrashed

You Have To Wash The Hotels Towels... lol I booked a room for 3 nights. When I checked in, I was told that there was no housekeeping. I asked if I was to exchange my dirty towels for clean towels, Since there was only 2 sets of towels. I was told by the front desk that I had to wash them myself. I paid $131.00 a night, and have to launder the hotels towels? I am on the road about 200 nights a year and will not be staying in an Extended Stay for more than 2 nights at a time.
Location was the reason I selected this hotel. Maintenance of the hotel are very poor.

They didn’t let me stay here AFTER I had a late flight. Didn’t know I couldn’t come after 12

I had to clean the bathroom, there were urine stains around the base of the toilet, the mirror was filthy, the counter top in the bathroom, kitchen were dirty and greasy. The desktop was dirty I am not sure the room was even cleaned before I moved in. The floor was so dirty it turned my feet black and the socks I wore. This place needs lots of work, but it is cheap.

Horrible Couldn't check into the room ans there was literally no help. When we fibally got some help from the 1-800 number and we got into our room. Get ready for this..... it smelt like literal piss. Aint no way this room was cleaned before us or maybe not even cleaned at all since it had such a strong smell. Will neverrrr stay here again. You guys have got to so better!
