Good for budget long-term stay Listed as smoke free facility however they and my wife and I on the forth floor which was their "Smoking Floor." Not a pleasant experience.

Zentral u. ruhig gelegen - für Preis absolut okay! Leider kein Roomservice in einer Woche. Zimmer gut ausgestattet und groß. Lage sehr gut an I75 und neben Cracker Barrel House, aber dennoch ruhig. Sehr guter günstiger Preis!

Great hotel for an extended stay This is the perfect inexpensive place to spend an extended amount of time in Ft. Myers! It's right off of Interstate 75 at exit 141, a 15 minute ride to the Spring Training parks, and near to shopping. It's fully furnished, with towels & linens; the kitchenette had a 2-burner stove, microwave, sink, and full sized fridge. Value for money Prima hotel/appartement voor iedereen die een goed verzorgd appartement wil (schoon, geen defecten, prima arco, TV, acceptabele internetverbinding, royale parkeerruimte, behulpzaam hotelpersoneel) en een lage prijs belangrijk vindt. De snelweg dichtbij geeft geen geluidsoverlast. Geen voorzieningen dichtbij, dus je hebt wel een auto nodig. Net zoals eigenlijk overal in Amerika / Florida

As advertised, met expectations. You get what you pay for - it was clean and as described. Beds are small, rooms are spartin, but that is as described. No complaints.

Parking was fine. The parking lot was so trashy. My shoes stuck to the floor as I walked. There was a stove top, no dishes or pots or pans. There was no coffee pot either. The vending machine took my money on one item. On the next item it kept my change. Then at 3 am fire alarm goes off.
