Hotel rating un-true. There is no way on earth that this property could have had a satisfactory rating. Rating is false. Bathroom was disgusting. I will never stay ther again.

I know is when I called and reserved the room was told that I could check in after midnight got there went to the front desk that they would send somebody down to help me over 45 minutes later somebody got on the phone with belligerent and told that we need to contact Expedia I told him to cancel our reservation they got belligerent what else can I say all I know is I never had a problem with any other hotel checking in late I wanted to stay there four days to 5 days maybe even more well that's all can't do it with totally t... read more

Terrible I walked in my room bad musty smell staff got under control but on top of that I tossed and turned all night due loud noises all night reported it to staff nothing was resolved couldn’t get a room change so I wouldn’t recommend this room for people who use this location for such as me I had to get up at 5am so I didn’t get no sleep at all

Humidity smell and lack of cleanliness

There were spiders in the toilet and the sink had physical dirt around the faucet and the tv didn’t work. I was told by the front desk “I” had to unplug the cables from the back of the tv to reset it, but It never worked.”This is a frequent problem” (I was told) they have. I was told my room was just renovated after the hurricane. It was not renovated, they put lipstick on a pig.
