drink machine not working some one left food the wete eating outside entrance on ground and was there over three hours. noisy neighbors down hall

Thank God we only stayed for one night. It was a terrible night to say the least. First off, when we checked in I asked for extra towels and they told me they were out because the hotel was pretty full. When we got to the room, we found several little gnats flying around and the floor was greasy and you could tell they don’t really clean out the fridge, because it had hair and stains as well. Expedia was not truthful in their description of this property. I was suspicious when I got there. Not only did I pay the asking price I had to pay an additional fee of $100 deposit. Won’t return for 5 business days to my credit card. When I got to the room it was a dump. There wasn’t any soap, shampoo or hair dryer to be found. Expedia on their site stated you would get breakfast prior to 9:30. Not true no breakfast. Bottom line is this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. STAY AWAY at all cost….

My room had mold in it, bugs all over the room, it was horrific. I asked for a refund and never got it, I had to go see my doctor because I was having issues breathing after staying here

Hotel rating un-true. There is no way on earth that this property could have had a satisfactory rating. Rating is false. Bathroom was disgusting. I will never stay ther again.

I know is when I called and reserved the room was told that I could check in after midnight got there went to the front desk that they would send somebody down to help me over 45 minutes later somebody got on the phone with belligerent and told that we need to contact Expedia I told him to cancel our reservation they got belligerent what else can I say all I know is I never had a problem with any other hotel checking in late I wanted to stay there four days to 5 days maybe even more well that's all can't do it with totally t... read more
