Hidden fees, minimal amenities, dirty floors, dusty shelves, and not even a coffee maker in the room. Absolutely the worst money i have ever spent.

I really did not appreciate the personel trying to force there way into the room with out announceing who they was. This has really been a not good experience of your Facility.

Our rental car was delayed almost 2 hours and when we got to the hotel, it was after 1am and they didn’t let us check in so we had to sleep in our car. There was a phone in the lobby saying to call if after hours- the person who answered said they were sending someone down to check us in and no one came. I called again and they said they don’t do after hours check ins. We didn’t get to even stay in the room.
