We were a little upset because we found some hair on the bed and a big hair ball on the floor next to the bed. So we made the bed with our own linens that we carry just in case.

People were smoking in the common areas and elevator even though signs said not to. Cleanliness was questionable.

Front desk person was rather rude. Made it clear that because I was a late check in she had up to 30 minutes to get to the desk.
