great room for the money The only thing that we did not like was taking our towels to the front desk, but everything else was great.

Great room for the money The room was very nice. It had a lot of wonderful things, like a refridgerator, microwave, and stove. The only problem I had was there was no towels in my room when I arrived, and the lobby assistent never told me about how to get housekeeping done. So I ended up taking out my own garbage. Other than those experiences it was a great hotel,a dn in a really great location. Many restaraunts were located by the hotel.

Great roomfor the price, The pillow cases smelled as if they hadn't been changed. I was iimpressed with the location and the young man that assected me the first day I arrivied. I was left alone and I was plesed with that and I had no problems with attentence. The pillows smelled as if they hadn't been changed but that is house cleaning not management cause they trust there people and they let them down. Over all everything was good.

short term traveler Hotel is right next to interstate. Leave the air conditioning on all night and it might drown out the noise. Remember this is extended stay-- only clean rooms once a week- if you want towels changes you take them to the front office and exchange yourself. bathroom is small- have to step into shower to shut door BEFORE using toilet. room smelled- like it hadn't been occupied for weeks. The place filthy needs to be closed down worse experience I've ever had in a hotel

I didn’t even stay in the room. When I arrived at the property there were men outside that kept trying to call me over. They stared me down and kept calling me saying, “hey baby” and “come here girl”. I went into my room and it smelled like cigarettes. I told the girl up front that I would not be staying, and I didn’t feel safe. She told me to go through Expedia to get a refund.

Room was overbooked. Waited 1 1/2 hour and Hotels.com sent me to a better hotel. No one to be found to talk to

Fridge and oven didn't work $40 of food in trash

Room was dirty. Was given a smoking room (311) when the reservation was non smoking. Half the lights did not work. The front desk was closed and I have pictures of anyone would like to see. Furniture broken and no working phones in rooms. Tv also didnt work. When stove was turned on smelled like gas was leaking. Couldn't check out because front desk was not available when they were supposed to be open. When you call the hotel it says to see front desk after 9 am and no one was in there well 9 am.
