Checked in and immediately returned keys and left out. I will take the $111 loss. If you value clean, sanitary, safe lodging, look elsewhere. I've stayed with this brand since it was Homestead and never seen a dirty place in the US like this one in Greensboro. I left and paid in full within 10 minutes after check in

Got locked out of our room multiple times and had to sleep in the car one night

Rooms were not cleaned well had to change to first floor. Lady that came in the evening as helpful but I can tell it wasn't much she could do about the overall condition of the hotel but she was helpful. I couldn't check in early as told or on time. Rooms were not ready I was told it was one housekeeper but it was a homecoming weekend so wasn't prepared.

I was not happy with this hotel. I did not get the room I booked. I wanted a king room, but I ended up with two doubles. I was on the third floor, and the steps smelled like pee, cigarettes, and weed. My room also smelled like cigarettes. There was no soap in my room, nothing to cook or eat with, and only two sets of towels. The floor was dirty. This is not what I expected out of the Extended Stay America brand. I could not stay. Upon us entering the room smell of smoke, bed unmade, cabinets falling apart, garbage on the floor, dirty towel on the floor. Unacceptable for a reputable company like expedia to even list the hotel. Requesting a refund immediately. We arrived at 10pm couldn't even think about staying. We went back to the desk immediately and also took pictures
Worst hotel they wont check you in after a certain time and wont refund your money. They are a scam. Dont book online. Only in person
