Everything about this establishment is disgusting. I'm surprised i didnt run across a few bed bugs as nasty and stain filled as the bed and pillows were. Jennifer, the receptionist had a very nasty attitude and hung up the phone on me when I called before check-in to ask a simple question. My question went unanswered and her tone was rude and condescending. Just OK First of all it was not handicap friendly. My wife was in a wheelchair and we had difficulties navigating to our room. Although we ask for late check in, we were not offered kitchen utensils. We had to purchase our own. Customer Service was bare minimal. I

Write up the night laundry The manager and first shift that checked me in where nice but the second shift lady and the laundry lady was VERY RUDE
