Since I entered the "lobby" it smelled like cigarettes. My room smelled the same, the bathtub was filthy, with mold. No elevator and the staircase smelled like urine!

Check in was a disaster! I’ve never been charged a deposit nor charged up front for a stay. That should have been the first sign to not stay at this place! It smelled of weed and the room had roaches. There was no way me and my family were staying there but of course it’s going to take 3-5 days to get my money back
