There were bugs in my room and dead bugs. The sink was clogged. There were no shampoos. The sink was dirty.

Will not go here again, dirty rooms like a hostel, single bed given while advertisement shows 2, TV did not work, no one answers the phone, no bagged breakfast and front desk was closed to check out Sunday at 9 am on 06/09

2 roaches come out the tv to say, whats up . Had me waiting up all night for his homies to arive . Tje place was spotless . They were clean roaches . I just wanted to be alone

I had just driven around 2 hours and 45 minutes. No one at the front desk, finally someone saw me through the glass locked door, an employee. Said I couldn’t check in until 3pm, okay no problem, I think it was about 1:45. Asked if I could use bathroom was told they didn’t have a bathroom. Just gross I am very certain the certain the only thing that was done to clean the room before we arrived was the beds were made. The room smelled of smoke. Microwave was dirty. No soap, no shampoo, no conditioner. There is a cooktop. But no cookware, dishes, ect. If you need soap or any of the before mentioned items you need to go to the desk to get them. Would I do it again??…HECK NO!! From the staff down to the cleanliness of the front lobby & the following hallways on each floor was excellent but once you go into the room it’s a different story.
