Roaches coming out walls and cabinets. Room filthy. Had to ask for a refund and find somewhere else to stay.

On my arrival the front desk worker wasn’t present at the desk had to wait 30 minutes to check in to only be told the elevator doesn’t work an had to walk 3x flights of stairs also pest and roaches was present in the room experience was horrible

The rooms had roaches. The beds were horrible. The elevator didn’t work and our room was on the top floor.

No clerk was at the desk. Had to do multiple calls before she came. Elevators broken. When we entered the room, we seen roaches scatter. roaches everywhere. When we went to checkout, no clerk. called 4 times and still nothing, so we left. never again.
