The room was nice and neat however the tv volume didn’t work. The staff couldn’t change our room so they brought another tv in which my fiancé had to help one of the receptionist carry. While there were other men staff available. Once the other tv was brought in, it didn’t even work. We left the room for about 5 hours and when we returned, we still didn’t have a working tv. Terrible Hotel room had roach infestation, hard beds, a weird smell (not sure the last time if ever the A/C filter was cleaned), had kitchenette (but no dishes or pots and pans), no coffee maker, no hair dryer, just all around bad experience that made us cut our trip early.

The front desk receptionists were both friendly and checked me in/out at timely manners. The room was decent for the price I paid, however it seems as though the place needs to be exterminated. First there was a dead bug on the bed that looked like it had been washed in with the sheets. Then as the night went on, my son was pointing out 3 and 4 bugs. They weren’t roaches, just some type of bugs. Because of that, I’ll give my experience a 5/10 because who wants to sleep with bugs? Exterminate please.

The property had roaches and I still have not received a refund

the website we booked through (hotels.com) the card we used did not go through but took the money out her card. so once we got to the hotel we had to pay again.

There were roaches everywhere Even though there enough in the room, they were still at the door trying to get in. It was really bad and for the marked up price it was awful. I will never book there again
