Last resort Upon late checkin to 20 day prepaid reservation I find that the new front desk clerk has deleted my account because it was after hours, rather than checking me in and having a key ready like every where else. After spending an hour on the phone with various people from hotels.com and the hotel manager I had to pay for a night to stay there then hope to work things out in the morning since the printer was broken and they could not receive a fax. Complain! Paid for WiFi online but be told "you have to pay $10 or $20/week" when checking in. Front deck service was very pool!

I do no recommend anyone stay here, they have a very bad roach problem. We ended up checking out&& finding somewhere else to stay.

Worse Hotel I know This was the worse Hotel that I have ever stayed at. The clerks had attitudes. You can't get clean linen daily, unless you pay for it daily. Housekeepers do not clean your room daily. They only clean rooms every other week. There were roaches in my room. Most of the channels on the television did not work. There were people smoking all over the hotel, even in the elevator. All the signs say no smoking and the clerk didn't even care. He wouldn't give us a refund for having the roaches in our room. Refund horrible This the must horrible stay and I called to get a number for the corporate office and never did,I really want a refund of the money I spent,everything was horrible. Never again and I was traveling for the holidays with family.

Hotel was disappointing Manager was irritable at check in, room was dirty, no amenities, had to replace towels and toilet paper ourselves, had to take our own trash out. Simply put a disappointment as non of this was explained ahead of time. Even had to supply own ice.
