Horrible didn't even stay because they cancelled my reservation of $69 per night. Then wanted me to pay $100 a night. Even talked to the manager and she was very rude even when I showed her my email reservation with price.

Eh The hotel had roaches and spiders. The bed was tiny tiny and the pillows were horrible. The room didn't have a remote and when I asked the staff for one it took them more than 10 hours to get me one

bring lots of bug spray I am thankful I had somewhere to stay in the emergency situation I was in, but if I had anywhere else I could have gone, I wouldn't have stayed. it's so roach infested, it's absolutely disgusting. then after my staying for 3 months, we could finally have pets when they changed management. Because I booked through hotels.com, the manager made me pay the "1time" $100 pet fee two weeks in a row. she would've made me pay it again, a 3rd time but I left because of it. The first room I received had baby roaches and the tile in the kitchen and bathroom area hadn't been mopped. The two chairs that came in the room were extremely dirty. When I went to the counter to request a different room a veteran worker seemed to be training another individual. I stated there were baby roaches in the room and was told "it's Mississippi" as if it was cool for roaches to be everywhere. Disgusting Check in was fine (Orbitz pre pay, non-refundable), but the room was disgusting. When I opened the door and turned on the light there were hundred of tiny roaches on the kitchen counter running for cover. The floor was sticky and the oder from someone cooking next door was terrible. I left the keys on the counter and slept in my car... Avoid this place!

Infested and uncomfortable Service and condition of the hotel was overall unsatisfying. The computers were down so we were unable to get keys and had to wait to be escorted to our rooms every time. Out of the 3 rooms we stayed in, 2 of the rooms heaters did not work and were infested with roaches. I did not expect much from this hotel, but I did expect at least a livable environment that was comfortable enough to sleep in. Bad luck I booked online upon arrival to Gulf Port. When I arrived to the motel, the place was locked up like a fortress, so I picked up the phone to dial the operator and was told there were no available rooms. I let him know I had already booked this room and paid for it. I was told there was no rooms so I hung up on him. I'm glad I did not stay, while looking for another room on my cell phone, there were plenty of people walking around waiting to either be picked up or doing their business in the parking lot. the website ... read more

Noisy, dirty tub dirty bathroom floor dirty toilet Hotel had a smell the workers were not well groomed the bathroom was dirty tub was not cleaned floor had dirt all over I guess it was $50 worth
