Bad phone-representatives It SUCKED! The person I spoke with,on the phone,from Hotels.com,ruined my hotel reservation!

You get what you pay for People at the front desk weren't friendly. The whole place smells like cigarettes it was very hard to breath. There are cockaroaches and the kitchen does not come with anything you need to cook with (pots,pan, spatula, etc). The only positive thing out of my stay was the free cable because you have to pay extra for WiFi. If your looking to be comfortable for a decent time in a hotel, I would pay a little more for a better place.

Horrible manager and staff!! I was suppose to check in on Monday, July 13, 2015 check in time was 3pm. I got to the value place at 2:30pm went in just to confirm my room. Monica the manager was at the front desk and told me there was no room for me and my family. But Monica was very rude and not very compassionate to my circumstances driving with kids from Jackson, MS. Then I called the corporate office spoke with Gwen and still had no lead way with her. Never again The beds was very uncomfortable. You actually have to take ur towels down stair to replace them no maid service... The TV is so small. I will never stay there again until nothing is available

Horrible experience It was awful. The man who checked me in cursed several times. The room was full of mold and was awful. We only stayed one night and moved.

Room was nice. It was later than 4 pm before you could check in and no cups in room also no soap to take a shower. Trash can were not emptied in bathroom or kitchen.
