Terrible stay Staff was rude. No toilet paper in room. Elevator broken, had to carry everything for a week's stay up to 4th floor. Fire alarms going off in middle of night every night. Not to mention being woken up, only to be told they have a noise complaint about me....I WAS ASLEEP...HOW MUCH NOISE COULD I HAVE MADE???

not recommend we reserved a non-smoking but they only have smoking room left for us.
Disappointment all around. No good from start, I tried to get a night early morning before my check in. But the person I had to call to tell me to come back at 3 to check in. The sign that was on wall said, after hours , call t0, 501 and we will get you checked in. Well I called the corporate number, nothing but a excuse, for the hotel, and nothing was said. Or let talk abut the most uncomfortable bed, or the fire alarms 2 days went off. Woke me both times.
Not Worth It The hotel cancels your reservation without notice. Then when we checked in they were trying to charge us more than what we were expecting according to the reservation. Also, we were there on a Sunday and you cant get towels, iron, or anything before 3pm. I will never stay here again.
Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer!!!! I changed room twice upon checking in . I was given a room where the roaches were hanging outside the door then on the inside they were having a festival of some sort just everywhere and I didn't waste anymore time in the room or gave them pest time to hop on my things just disgusting!!! I was assigned a room the second go round I had 5 visitors (roaches) a smoking floor, refrigerator didn't work, pillows and covers had stains for days , loud unruly people across the hall up ti... read more
Horrible It's full of roaches nasty air went out took them hours to change my rooms room had roaches & roaches in elevator & they charged for Internet that I did not use

Horrible!!! I never write reviews however, this was the worst experience I've ever had. Don't stay here if you can avoid it.
