I had ups and down bout this hotel. I have never been in a hotel that doesn't clean the room, replenish towel, toiletries, have to ask for new sets of towel by writing your room number down and coming back to get them while they are being washed, had some rude neighbors, and had roaches climbing on the walls over the sink and on the bathroom floor.

worst hotel ever this wad genuinely the worst hotel experience of my life we had to change rooms 3 times they charged my card even the i paid with cash the bed was horrible the room stank I will never use this hotel or hotel.com again

Worse booking ever When I got there they had already cancelled my room, then the receptionist told lies regarding my room. They gave my room to someone else I didn't receive a courtesy call or anything. Charles claimed my number wasn't correct that's y I didn't get a calk which was a lie because he put two zeros in fro t of my number. I will never book a room here again EVER!! Worst Room Ever The room I had was dirty trash was full , bath water still in the shower , roaches everywhere , no sheets on the bed , & smelly Room. The person at the front desk was sleepy had a Attitude the whole time I Ain't make him work there but I'll never stay there again. I have photos but it won't let me upload them

Never stay here! This was a horrible place to stay! I had reserved a room with 2 beds since I was traveling with my kids. I am allergic to smoke so had asked for a non-smoking room. When I got to the room, it was smelled strongly of smoke and had an ashtray in the room. There was only one bed and when I took off my shoes, the carpet was wet. The room was dark and dingy and did not have a lamp. My room phone didn't work, so I had to go to lobby and use lobby phone to call front desk. You don't always get what you want with Travelocit I book, and paid for, a non-smoking room and was forced to take a smoking room. It was filthy. I thought you were supposed to be guaranteed your room through Travelocity.

Very very bad very very horrific My stay was horrific. I asked for a non smoking room I was given a smoking room it was smoked filled so bad I could not breath when I called the front desk Blake was very rude an hour later he gave me a room that was non smoking but the air conditioner was not working I didn't leave because the surrounding motels were booked I could not sleep after all that a smoke alarm went off around 4:00 in the morning there was no one there to tell us to get out or if everything was fine shortly after I ... read more

Hotel had roaches and dirty socks under the bed My experience at the hotel was horrible . We didn't sleep at all the first night. So we changed hotels
