The lobby was very dirty especially considering they claim a 9 point cleaning process. There were dirty fingerprints on all plexiglass, doors and windows. The floor in the lobby was stained and the credit card machine felt sticky. You have to ask for all dishes, utensils and coffee makers and bring them to your room.

We like staying at this hotel because it feels home. It has space for eating and cooking. Although, the microwave sometimes doesn't work.
