I saw the house keeping rep and requested that the garbage be removed from my room, that was all the service I needed. She said I’ll take a look at it, however, she never came even though she was two doors from my room

The lobby was very dirty especially considering they claim a 9 point cleaning process. There were dirty fingerprints on all plexiglass, doors and windows. The floor in the lobby was stained and the credit card machine felt sticky. You have to ask for all dishes, utensils and coffee makers and bring them to your room.
